In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of a small, specialised team as a Primavera System Coordinator based within the Sydney Trains Engineering & Maintenance, Asset Management division.
You’ll be responsible for the system administration and providing subject matter expertise for the Sydney Trains Enterprise Project system (i.e. Primavera P6), which is used to optimise the integrated planning and delivery of more than 1,000 Major Periodic Maintenance, Capital and External projects per year.
The role is also integral to continuous improvement practices for Sydney Trains processes and systems, assisting project teams in developing the optimal to-be state.
This is a temporary, fixed term opportunity until May 2026.

About you
You’re accountable and proactive, ready to thrive in a changing environment.
You’ve got project scheduling experience, ideally in Primavera P6 as well as experience with SAP, MS Excel; BI reporting will be an added advantage.
With strong written and verbal communication skills, you’re comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders.
You possess a solid understanding of project management best practices including managing cost, resources, and time along with the ability to coordinate and deliver training sessions to a range of users.
