Senior Program Coordinator (12 month temporary opportunity)

In this role, you'll:
Efficiently coordinate resources and scheduling to align with project timelines and budgetary limits, including managing recruitment, onboarding, and role adjustments using various internal forms and tracking systems.
You will ensure seamless financial and resource alignment across projects by conducting detailed reviews and maintaining up-to-date records in SAP (Procurement) and Planview, fostering effective project tracking and resource utilization.
Collaborate with Project Managers to review risks and issues, follow up on mitigation plans, and ensure effective implementation.
Manage procurement tasks, including creating shopping carts, processing invoices, and conducting monthly financial reconciliations to ensure compliance with budgetary expectations.
Oversee program teams and SharePoint management for enhanced collaboration and information sharing.

About you
•Proven experience in project management support across the full project life cycle.
•Extensive experience in program change support and reporting analytics, including proficiency in SAP procurement.
•Strong ability to manage budgets, resources, and reporting requirements.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
•Experience in risk and contingency management, benefits realization, and quality assurance.
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead project teams.
