If you’re after impact, there’s no other organisation in Australia that delivers work on this scale.

You know that to make a meaningful contribution there needs to be connection and collaboration across the teams. Here’s your opportunity to help our people make a big impact.

In this role, you'll:

  • Work within the Workforce Relations Strategy team to provide expert Industrial Relations advice, undertake detailed research and analysis, and deliver strategic insights that support effective IR management across Transport. You will identify emerging Industrial Relations risks, assess organisational impacts, and recommend targeted solutions and mitigation strategies that align with Transport’s strategic objectives

  • Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders across the Transport cluster, including unions on major projects to ensure enterprise-wide Industrial Relations risks are proactively identified, managed, and minimised. You will help safeguard operational continuity and ensure that IR considerations are embedded early and effectively in project planning and execution.
