Design Senior Scheduler

In this role, you'll:

• Develop Design schedules, produce comprehensive reports, scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and optimize the use of advanced scheduling tools.

• Provide expert guidance to project teams on utilizing scheduling tools and software, ensuring alignment with best practices for accurate data management and reporting.

• Develop enterprise-wide scheduling frameworks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to seamlessly integrate and update project data.

• Create and maintain comprehensive resource-driven project schedules, ensuring alignment with program milestones and providing a single source of truth for stakeholders.

• Leverage Primavera to develop advanced layouts, filters, and reporting structures, ensuring consistent and transparent reporting across all project phases.

• Collaborate with project management teams to validate and maintain schedules while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Support project delivery by empowering teams with tailored scheduling solutions and strategies to achieve project objectives.

About you

• Expertise in scheduling software, especially Primavera, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data transfer tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and manage complex, multi-layered schedules.

• Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level project scheduling, including the creation and application of standards, procedures, and reporting frameworks.

• High proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera and MS Project, enabling efficient schedule development and analysis.

• Tertiary qualifications in engineering or project management, or substantial experience in scheduling, time management, critical path analysis, and earned value management principles.
