The Infrastructure and Place division is in the process of delivering an ambitious and once-in-a generation multi-billion program of public infrastructure works which will ease congestion, improve safety, create new places and connect communities for generations to come. The opportunity


Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for an Industry Engagement Officer to join us in the Commercial Services team of the Infrastructure & Place Division of Transport for NSW.


The role works closely with key stakeholders to develop and deliver communications and industry engagement in support of activities across the business. The role delivers and assists with communications planning and tactics to support engagement with the infrastructure sector.

About you


You have appropriate tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience. 


You will also have experience in a communications or engagement role within multi-disciplinary teams and an understanding of technical environments such as the transport, infrastructure and/or construction sectors.


You will have a proven track record of delivering communications materials to support engagement activities and capturing relevant data to measure and report on those activities.


You are someone who works collaboratively with others and builds and maintains strong team relationships. The successful candidate will be committed to managing and prioritising competing demands and responsibilities in a busy and evolving environment.



Salary and Benefits


The salary for this position is Grade 7A ($106,000.00) – 7E ($118,000) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading. For more information on Employee Benefits at TfNSW please click here.
