Updating your profile
To update your details, log in to your account as normal and navigate to the Candidate profile page. Update any relevant sections and select Save to confirm.
If you’d like to amend any of the information associated with an existing job application, you may only edit and save changes if the online job advertisement is still open. If the job advertisement period has closed, contact the talent specialist associated with the role to if any of your personal details have changed since lodging your application.
Setting up job alerts
- Select Profile login in the top-right corner of any page on this site.
- If you already have an existing account, log in with your email address and password. Otherwise, select Create an account below the sign-in button and follow the steps to register.
- Once you are logged in, look for the Jobs by category dropdown menu in the top navigation options and select More Careers.
- Choose your desired filters based on Agency, Job Category, Employment Type and Salary Range. Once you have updated all the filters, select your preferred frequency of email alerts, and select Create Alert.
Leave the search criteria empty to see all jobs. You can set up as many job alerts as you like. - A confirmation of the changes made will appear on the screen. Select View Profile to review and confirm your job alert preferences.
- From your Candidate Profile page, select Options and then Job Alerts.
- In the Job Alerts page, make sure that the Receive new job posting notifications tick box is selected. You should immediately see a message appear in green confirming your preference has been saved successfully. After this, you’ll be ready to start receiving job alerts.
Unsubscribe from job alerts
Sign in to your profile, and update your job alert settings by selecting Options > Job alerts.
From there, you can delete specific job alerts that are no longer relevant to you or uncheck the Receive new job posting notifications selection box.
