In this role, you'll:


This role will see you conduct engineering management systems audits to ensure the integrity of Sydney Trains' network, and the assets it maintains. You’ll contribute by providing independent assurance that the Transport Technically Assured Organisation (TAO) Authorisation Requirements and other asset management-related requirements are being met.

You will plan, lead, conduct and report on engineering management systems audits, evaluating compliance with TAO and other applicable standards throughout Sydney Trains. Through high-quality audit reports, you will help drive continuous improvement, reduce risk, and enhance operational efficiencies.

About you


Your experience related to engineering management systems audits performed across asset management, quality management, or risk compliance will see you excel in delivering independent assurance and driving improvements.

You're recognised as a skilled auditor,  high-level systems thinker and problem-solver, who produces clear, succinct, high-quality audit reports. Your ability to evaluate compliance, identify risks, and influence stakeholders will contribute to improved processes and efficiencies across Sydney Trains.

Essential Requirements:
• Tertiary Qualification in Engineering or related field;
• Certification as a Lead Auditor or willing to obtain within 6 months.
