In this role, you'll:

Support data-driven decision-making by analysing spend, performance, and service data for one contract. You will maintain key records such as risks and obligations and ensure the vendors meet contractual commitments.

 

You will build insights, drive improvements, and enable efficiencies in a dynamic and stakeholder-focused environment. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and understanding of contract governance will see you effectively manage competing priorities and support operational critical tasks.

 

You're recognised as a trusted analyst and problem-solver, skilled at interpreting complex data and managing contract obligations, experienced in working across procurement, contract administration, or commercial support functions to deliver tangible operational value.

About you

  • You have a strong understanding of government procurement processes and policies.
  • You have foundational knowledge of contract administration and associated tasks including providing clear documentations to support approval of contract variations.
  • You are highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage high-volume workloads and effectively collaborate with stakeholders to meet operational objectives.
  • You are capable of monitoring budgets, invoices, and payments to ensure compliance with contract terms and financial controls.
  • You are proficient in reconciling and processing contract-related payments and claims in a timely and accurate manner.
