In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering a facility experience that is sustainable, compliant, safe, fit for purpose, encourages utilisation, and meets community standards.
This role will see you take ownership of all facility management related work across all owned and leased sites, including liaison with suppliers and landlords to deliver outstanding facility compliance, quality, safety and workplace experience.
You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of programmed preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs.
You will be carrying out activities such as performing property inspections, service delivery performance, writing scopes of work, managing safety issues, project and asset management.. You will manage any repairs and maintenance work by working with providers to ensure quality of work is guaranteed.

About you
You are a facilities management professional with experience in delivering services across large and complex Commercial and/or Industrial property portfolios. You will have sound technical expertise in either facilities management, building services (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic or civil, building operations).
You will also have sound knowledge of statutory compliance and facility safety standards such as Building Code of Australia, Work Health and Safety Act and , fire safety.
You will hold a Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Building Operations, Facilities Management and/or related building services trades, and/or significant technical experience across a range of hard services (Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Civil).
You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to interact with both internal stakeholders and service providers, to provide exceptional customer service. You will also demonstrate the ability to influence and take ownership of your work.
