In this role, you'll:


Identify and analyse business requirements, providing recommendations to ensure effective integration between procurement systems (ARIBA) and ERP.

You will be responsible for developing solutions that facilitate seamless integration between procurement systems and ERP, as well as temporary workarounds during system changes to optimize procurement functionality.


Your role will also support transformational change, navigating internal and external stakeholder dynamics, addressing resistance to change, and addressing the need for both structural and cultural shifts.

Additionally, you will coordinate the achievement of defined objectives, balancing competing priorities within the complex operating environment of TINSW and the broader Transport cluster.

About you


•Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience.


•Proven expertise in project management, with a demonstrated track record of meeting deadlines.


•Experience in Ariba Guided Buying (GB) is required.


•Government procurement experience is highly regarded.


•Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.


•Demonstrated leadership experience is desirable.


•Proven ability to consult with business and operational leaders, offering actionable insights.


•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a history of delivering timely, critical, and predictive reports on business performance.
