In this role, you'll:


This role will see you take the lead in managing and coordinating Technical Maintenance Plan (TMP) interfaces across the Transport for NSW (TfNSW) project portfolio, ensuring Sydney Trains' operations and infrastructure remain safe, reliable, and compliant.

You will drive accountability within TfNSW for delivering high-quality TMP documentation, negotiating solutions to address gaps, and acting as the key liaison for RFIs and document submissions. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring Sydney Trains receives the right technical documentation at the right time to maintain asset integrity and performance.

This is a fixed-term opportunity until February 2026, with a possible limited extension.

About you


Your strong technical knowledge and stakeholder management skills, developed across asset management, engineering, or rail infrastructure projects, will enable you to navigate complex project interfaces and deliver high-quality maintenance planning outcomes.

You're recognised for your ability to:
• Negotiate and facilitate solutions to ensure compliance with maintenance standards.
• Provide expert technical advice on TMP requirements across multiple projects.
• Manage documentation processes and reporting to enhance project alignment.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor team members to uphold engineering and asset integrity standards.

Your experience in managing technical documentation, aligning maintenance policy with ISO 55001, and ensuring compliance within a complex transport environment will be key to your success in this role.
