About the team 

You will be part of large team, where team work is the only motto!

The team takes pride to delivery timely rostering to entire train crewing, you will work as part of a curtail member and be liaising with stakeholders to adhere timely rostering duties. The bas location for team is Burwood and there is shift & weekend work involved too.

The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for Rostering Officer to be a part of our vivid team based in Burwood.
The Rostering Officer is to deliver the Day of Operations roster to ensure optimal utilisation of crew resources in compliance with workplace agreements, award terms and conditions, the Driver Rostering and Working Arrangements, DRWA, the Guards Rostering and Working Arrangements, GRWA, SMS Rostering principles in a 24/7 work environment and fatigue management guidelines.

About you 

We are looking for great team player with excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills, and commitment to customer service and delivering outcomes will set you apart. To be successful in the role you need to thrive in a collaborative environment.

You will have the ability to perform in a team environment, possess high level communication and engagement skills and an ability to perform basic administration tasks. You will also need experience in knowledge of rostering a large workforce.

To be successful in the role you need to be able to work a 24/7 rotating roster with moderate levels of overtime.


Salary and benefits


The salary for this position is RC Grade 4 ($88,399 - $101,947) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
