In this role, you'll:
You will be working as a part of large team where no two days will be the same! This role is responsible for the establishment and ongoing maintenance of Program and Project Schedules for the DSBI Project - Digital Systems Business Integration. The role is based in burwood with flexible work arrangements. You and your team mates will be providing test scenarios to develop solutions for scheduling demands. The team will also be participating in risk control activities to complete risk schedule analysis to ensure forecast aligns to risk adjusted outcomes.
This role will initially be offered on a fixed term basis up to 12 months.

About you
We are looking for an experienced scheduler within major Infrastructure works in a similar role (rail highly desirable) who can take accountability by being proactive with constant changes to the large project.
You will need to be an expert in project scheduling and scheduling tools like Primavera (Essential) and Project Online will be added advantage.
You will be working in highly collaborative and influential team, with a wide range of stakeholders.
If you’re from finance accounting or engineering background it will add benefit. Being apt with your people and communiation skills along with negotiations skills will be must for this role. You will also need to be priortising your deadline to manage stakeholders expectations. Teamwork, self starter and ability to take accounatability are core soft skills needed to deliver this role.
