 Transport Shared Services

The Transport Shared Services Branch (TSS) is part of the Corporate Services division and provides operational and shared services across the cluster, including payroll, procurement, finance and workplaces. We partner to provide sustainable strategies, solutions and services, enabling our clients to deliver Transport’s vision of making NSW a great place to live, work and play.



The opportunity


Exciting prospect for a Senior Manager HR Services to lead and manage the delivery of customer-centric, efficient and effective Human Resources Services to TfNSW divisions and agencies. You will monitor performance and strives for best practice in delivery of HR Services across the Cluster, develops the skills of the team, including raising the standard and professionalism of the customer service provided, and outcomes achieved. 


You will work collaboratively with TfNSW People and Culture to further develop the TSS service offering in order to establish a comprehensive suite of HR Services that will meet TfNSW requirements.

Essential requirements


  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated equivalent knowledge and/or experience.
  • Sound knowledge of the relevant human resources policy, legislation and industrial relations requirements in the public sector.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a shared services team, building a customer-centric culture, achieving service performance levels and ensuring compliance with complex legislative and policy requirements.
  • Demonstrated track record in supporting the delivery of large-scale service improvement projects and initiatives including the automation of services and the development of a robust knowledge base.
