About the Team

 

Within the Corporate Services branch of TfNSW is the Transport Shared Services (TSS) responsible to provide business support to more than 26000 customers. Additionally, TSS services over 300,000 external customers ranging from Local Government representatives to citizens. Over the last year, TSS has implemented a strategy to lead the direction of the organisation towards workforce digitisation, emphasising customer experience and growing the business’s value proposition and services.

 

 

The opportunity

 

Right now, we have several Permanent opportunities available for an experienced and process driven Sourcing Specialist to join the Shared Service Operational Sourcing Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll be part of a high performing team of 30 and you will be responsible for end to end procure to pay/sourcing duties.

About you 

 

You are someone that holds demonstrated experience in a similar role with end to end procure to pay/sourcing experience - Finance/Procurement experience is essential.

 

You are adaptable and adhere to new processes and procedures and are someone that works with accuracy.

 

Experience of ERP systems preferably SAP is highly regarded.

 

You hold strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills as the role will require you to work with and partner with stakeholders across the organisation. 

 

 

Salary and Benefits

 

The salary for this position is Grade 5 Grade 5: ($85,103-$93,616) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
