In this role, you'll:
Engage and recruit top talent across various, high-volume roles for the state of NSW.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer stage.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey and help build a diverse and inclusive workforce for Transport for NSW.
This is a fixed term opportunity up until mid-December 2025

About you
You communicate efficiently and professionally, for the mutual benefit of all stakeholders. Whether interviewing face-to-face, following up via email or picking up the phone, you pride yourself on fostering a sense of trust amongst clients and candidates in every situation.
Demonstrating superior organisational skills, proactivity and resilience, you will define and adhere to established timeframes within a fast paced and dynamic recruitment landscape.
Please note: The team is currently working in a hybrid way balancing working from home and attending the office. It is an expectation that you are prepared to work in various locations as required, attending the offices for in-person interviews / meetings, workshops and inductions.
