In this role, you'll:


Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team who deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions to Transport across NSW.

Partner with Hiring Managers to attract and secure quality candidates and deliver a seamless and positive recruitment experience for our applicants.

Be part of our high-performance culture as you collaborate, advise, and drive best-practice hiring strategies. Your strong commitment to customer service will shine as you will be balancing stakeholder expectations, recruitment volumes, and recruitment compliance requirements.

This is an ongoing full-time role based in Burwood. The role can be filled through hybrid working arrangements.

This is an Aboriginal-identified role and involves the development and delivery of services and programs that impact or require liaison with Aboriginal people and/or communities.

Role description



About you


You identify as an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.

You have previous talent acquisition experience, ideally recruiting within the engineering and construction sectors.

You thrive in a driven team environment with experience working on large, volume driven campaigns that support business outcomes through the attraction of talent, and you have a flair for linking and matching the right candidate to the right role.

Knowledgeable on data management and HR/Recruitment systems.

Your strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills together with development and maintenance of internal stakeholder relationships at all levels are essential.

You have experience working under pressure to tight deadlines and have a successful track record in delivering great customer experience outcomes.
