About Corporate Services

 

The Corporate Services division supports the organisation with expert advice and support in Financial, IT, Strategic, Legal, Commercial, Property and Procurement matters. Our teams ensure optimised systems and processes are in place to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

 

The opportunity

 

Right now, we have a permanent opportunity for a Team Leader to join our enthusiastic and dedicated Contract Administration team based in Burwood. Your role will be to manage a team of Customer Liaison Officers in their day-to-day operations. You will provide support to the team, approve leave and allocate and monitor workload and performance. Team Leaders work with their leadership groups to resolve escalated customer issues, identify and address staff learning and development needs as well as assist in implementing change.We are looking for leaders to hit the ground running and help our people to deliver contract administration functions for our internal Transport customers.

 

About you

 

To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional customer service and administration skills within contracts or procurement environment. You will have previous experience leading, coaching and developing a team of 8 or more people. You will ideally be able demonstrate a working knowledge of ARIBA and SAP and have the ability to work with confidential information. Ideally, you will have the ability to conceptualise solutions and diverse thinking to drive delivery of service, optimize productivity, and enhance our internal customers experience

 

You will have high level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with our valued team members and customers. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage your workload independantly will allow you to deliver a high standard of work, even when you have a lot on your plate. You thrive in a collaborative and diverse environment and look for ways to go above and beyond to support others, not only in your direct team, but across the business.

Salary and Benefits

 

The salary for this position is Grade 7 ($106,086 - $118,816) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
