Team Leader Liability Claims &Recoveries

In this role, you'll:

Lead a team of Claims and Recoveries Officers who deliver high-quality customer service and manages the end-to-end portfolio of either liability or property claims.

You will ensure the Claims Officers deliver quality, prompt and efficient service and advice to clients, whilst ensuring compliance with delegated authority, legislation and policies are adhered to.

You will provide expert advice with regards to claims management and work to reduce claims costs and minimise insurance premiums.

About you

You’re an experienced General Liability or Property Claims Advisor, who has had experience either overseeing or managing people.

You will have a great understanding of relevant insurance legislation and regulations as you will be an SME for the team. You take pride in ensuring stakeholders have a wonderful customer experience and have the ability to build rapport quickly using your excellent communication skills. You will have exceptional organisational and time management skills as this role will see you manage a large portfolio of claims.
