In this role, you'll:

Play a key part in our frontline team based out of Fassifern/Morrisett station, ensuring our passengers have a great experience on our Sydney Trains services whilst being a valued member of the community. 
 

You will have the opportunity to work across all station functions including ticketing, luggage handling, supporting passengers board our trains and other connecting services and ensuring the station presentation is maintained.

The Customer Service Attendant Qualified position ensures the operation of the signal box in all weather conditions whilst maintaining the correct safe work procedures are followed outside of your day to day Customer Service Attendant responsibilities.

 

Our stations operate 24hrs 7 days and you will work roster with variable start and end times, including weekends and public holidays. It is desirable you currently hold the Safe Working Qualification including IET Signallers course or be willing to complete this.

Note: A Talent Pool will be created for current and future temporary and permanent, full-time, and part-time positions at Fassifern and Morrisett over the next 18-month period. About you

You’re a Customer Service Attendant Qualified who has outstanding customer service skills, strong problem-solving ability, can communicate with influence and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and are driven to provide exceptional customer service.


You are a passionate individual who has experience in a customer service environment and is committed to delivering a high standard of customer service to exceed the customer expectations and provide them with an unforgettable experience. 

You have exceptional interpersonal skills, able to work with a variety of stakeholders, proactive with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team and work well under pressure ensuring the safety of our customers and crew.
