In this role, you'll:

 

As an integral member of the network maintenance team, you will play a key role in driving project success through a blend of administrative, technological, contractual and project management support.

 

Central to your role will be the refinement of current processes and the development of new methodologies including updating and creating new records in corridor services database.

 

By leveraging a blend of matrices, you will analytically assess outcomes to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.

 

Your organisational skills will ensure that information is readily accessible to team members, facilitating efficient planning and execution.

 

You will also attend regular meetings and consultations, ensuring thorough reviews of project progress and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

 

This is a fixed term role until 30/09/2025.

About you

 

You are an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and able to multi-task in a high volume, fast-pace working environment.

 

You are a self-starter and team member with an ability to set and meet goals for the project support of diverse projects with competing priorities.

 

You have a background with proven experience with word processing, spreadsheet and project scheduling applications accompanied by an ability to work both as a team member or independently.

 

You also have an ability to trouble-shoot and meet both short and long term deadlines as well as experience in budget and financial management.

 

Experience in the use of SAP, Microsoft Project and Tableau will be highly regarded.
