In this role, you'll:
Be based in our Hamilton network office supporting frontline staff in and administrative capacity.

You will be part of the team that ensures effective running of the rail network supporting track asset maintenance.

You will be responsible for providing effective procurement to the operations and planning team.
 
Complete ordering, invoicing & reconciliation
 
Manage Records, data collation and analyse.
 
Complete audit and probity checks
 
Complete reports, coordinating information gathering and organising support services.
 
Implement process improvements.

About you
A self-starter, able to work autonomously with little guidance. 

You will thrive supporting your internal customers, pro-actively problem solving to aid the team in effective administrative management.

Adaptable with strong organisational and coordination abilities
 
Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.

Ideally you will have a background supporting Heavy Industry such as Rail, Transportation, mining or similar.

Previous experience in an administration supporting finance functions such as procurement, invoicing & reconciliation.
 
The ability to coordinate the different needs, demands and priorities of the team.
 
Data entry skills maintaining data integrity and file/record management.
 
Skilled in the use of software packages such as Microsoft Office, Databases, Management Systems.
 
Experienced in the use of SAP. (preferred)
 
Hold a current NSW Class C driver’s license. (preferred)
