In this role, you'll:
Work within our Construction & Facilities Team within the Customer Environment branch of Sydney Trains with a focus on full commission assessments for building facility assets across the Sydney Trains network.
This role will see you ensuring all facilities maintenance assets are maintained to Work Health and Safety and Sydney Trains Standards and requirements.
You will act as the key operational interface for a designated area, where you will be hands on in the delivery of both preventative and corrective maintenance services and managing the expectations of our clients that will include our train crew.

About you
Your trade certificate in Electrical or Heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and/or substantial current experience in Building Maintenance, in a building maintenance trade or maintenance environment will see you excel in this key interface role.
You’re recognised as being flexible and having strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills that compliment your trade experience in either building, HVAC, plumbing and or electrical environments.
This is an Award RC5 Permanent Full-Time role based in Granville with flexibility through our cutting-edge hybrid working model!. The role will be see you covering a territory in the field for either the North to Berowra, the West to Emu Plains / South to Waterfall, or the Southwest to Macarthur.
