In this role, you'll:
You will be responsible for providing expert design and architecture services and advice to support the delivery of effective and sustainable Workplaces at Transport for NSW.

You will work in collaboration to ensure architecture and design considerations are integrated in workplace and property strategy initiatives and projects.

You will develop robust partnerships with key external stakeholders, including infrastructure and planning agencies and ensure architectural advice and design integration into decision making.

You will provide high-level design analysis, critique, and advice relating to the delivery of workplaces to establish and support good and innovative design outcomes within cross functional project teams.

This permanent position is aligned with our Flexible Working Arrangements procedures which offers hybrid arrangements subject to approvals including having a mix of in-person days at the home office location of Macquarie Park.

Regular travel with regional NSW is a requirement of this role.

About you
Degree qualified in architecture, urban design and/or other relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

Significant experience working collaboratively with and across a broad range of stakeholders: diverse agencies and tiers of government, private sector, education / industry / tertiary sectors, professional organisations and communities.

You will have proven experience in achieving project deadlines and completing assigned tasks to the required standards and within budget while simultaneously coordinating and delivering multiple projects which are often complex and interconnected.
