In this role, you'll:


Work with an experienced, outcome focused team dedicated to industry participation in delivering transport solutions for the people of NSW.

You will operate with the Director, Supplier Assurance and Engagement to develop and deliver the TfNSW Industry Engagement Program for the Asset Management team which is focused on developing asset management and engineering capability across the transport (predominantly Rail) sector.

You will work alongside a team of multi-disciplinary experts to deliver the communications and brand strategy for the Asset Management branch and manage key stakeholder relationships.

You will host events for external transport industry experts including the hosting sessions, as well as, review feedback, explore analytics and have a continuous improvement mind-set.

We are looking to offer an initial 12-month contract with the potential prospect of the role becoming permanent.

You will have the ability to work in a hybrid flexible environment with the office based in Macquarie Park approximately one day a week.

About you


You’ll have extensive experience in implementing industry engagement programs and strategies at senior levels within a government or top tier organisation through various activities, channels, and teams across diverse organisations.

Have demonstrated experience in managing and liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders on behalf of Government or a large organisation to achieve mutual outcomes and project objectives.

Ideally, you will have Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a similar discipline, or equivalent experience.

Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills combined with experience managing senior stakeholders goes without saying!
