The Opportunity

 

We have an opportunity available for a Manager, Delivery Support (Telecommunication Services) to join our Networking and Hosting team within the Infrastructure Services, and Service Integration branch of IT.

 

This is a 2 year Fixed-Term role working as part of the Corporate IT function. This role is located at Macquarie Park, as well as offering flexible working arrangements.

 

The primary purpose of the role is to ensure that telecommunication suppliers deliver cost efficient and reliable IT services that meet the needs and expectations of Transport. The role supports the oversight and operational governance of telecommunication service suppliers to ensure compliance with operational service delivery commitments including cross-functional service obligations.

 

 

About You

 

You are an expert in the field of Telecommunication services, with the ability to juggle complex workloads as well as build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.

 

You are well seasoned in governing operational delivery of multiple managed IT services, and understand the aspects and complexities that come with managing these services and outsourcing in large, complex organisations.

 

You’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and take initiative to support and deliver on requests coming at every angle. In doing this you’ll have great time management and an outcomes-focused mindset.

 

Lastly, due to the nature of the role it will be expected for the successful candidate to be available to work outside of ordinary work hours when required by the business.

Salary and Benefits 

 

The salary for this position is Transport Grade 9 ($138,670 - $ 155,309) per annum plus superannuation and 2.5% annual leave loading.
