In this role, you'll:
Join as the Manager , Asset Management where you will manage and coordinate the delivery of the Transport Asset Management (TAM) previously Transport Asset Holding Entity (TAHE) Asset and Services Plan (ASP). This will include both the asset management and financial analysis components of the submission and will be in line with the Transport asset attestation procedures. In addition, it will support work and strategies across TfNSW to ensure the relevant TAM asset related acquisition, maintenance and disposals are understood and in line with these plans.
You will coordinate the development of the Strategic Asset and Services planning approach for TAM. You will analyse current and anticipated expenditure contained in other Transport ASPs with the aim to consolidate and include in TAM’s submission.
There are no direct reports into the role, there are strong working relationships with immediate team members and stakeholders across the business.
This is a 6 month Temporary Opportunity (30/06/2025 end date) based out of the TAM Pitt St office and Transport Offices and would be required to attend the office 2 to 3 days per week on set days.

About you
You are someone that holds strategic Asset Management knowledge and experience and have the ability to link Asset Management principles back to the broader organisational objectives and outcomes.
Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of asset management systems, process and requirements to meet positive stakeholder/client experience and business outcomes
Strong understanding of financial inputs to an ASP and relevant knowledge of Total Expenditure (TOTEX) principles
As the role requires collaboration and partnering with other members of the organisation, you will have extensive stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent professional experience.
