In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of our Workplaces Branch, in the Strategy & Accommodation business unit. This role provides strategic administrative support across a portfolio of workplace projects and initiatives. You will report to the Senior Business Analyst and you will provide administrative support to the business unit.

Your role will assist with project planning and scheduling activity you will act as a facilitator to manage and monitor workflow, whilst triaging requests. You will also provide general administrative support to the unit, including meeting coordination. The role works closely with the both the leadership and project teams, it is critical in the operational effectiveness of the business unit, to ensure successful business outcomes are delivered.

This position is permanent full time based at Macquarie Park with Monday as your anchor day and hybrid work arrangements. For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.

About you
You will have previous administration coordination experience within an workplaces / Property or Facilities management based environment. You may of previously worked in an operational support role such as a Project/ Team Coordinator or as an Executive Assistant.

You are stakeholder focused and you are highly organised, with a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workflow in a fast-paced environment whilst navigating a large and complex organisation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential, along with Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry-based experience.
