In this role, you'll:


Work and support the team as a Senior Procurement Officer, with input from Procurement Manager and the procurement cross-functional team, you will be managing the end-to-end source-to-contract procurement process for projects in compliance with relevant procurement policies, standards, procedures and frameworks.
 
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will lead and manage the procurement process including engaging and influencing stakeholders, conducting primary analytics, developing procurement strategies and tender evaluation plans, developing RFx and contract documentation, leading market engagement and evaluation, leading tender negotiations and contract award.
 
This is initially a fixed term contract until 30 April 2025. The work location will be Macquarie Park with a hybrid working arrangement and once a week in the office on a set day

About you


You are a seasoned Procurement specialist with demonstrated experience and capability in Procurement related discipline.

You have extensive communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience with a proven ability in working to tight deadlines. Ideally, you also have a strong grasp of the NSW Procurement Policy framework.

You are someone who works collaboratively with others and has experience in building and maintaining strong relationships. The successful candidate will be committed to prioritising competing demands and responsibilities in a busy and evolving environment
