In this role, you'll:

You will be a key contributor to the Transport Corp IT Product Delivery & Management team, which delivers EQUIP (SAP) projects across Transport for NSW.

As the Senior Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for providing SAP solution assurance services to ongoing projects and the BAU team. You will also be responsible for offering leadership and direction to both external partners and internal stakeholders. Your role will include providing solutions assurance and support, troubleshooting challenges, and resolving issues related to system enhancements as part of the BAU process. The key focus of this role is to ensure that application development teams build effective solutions that meet both business and IT objectives.

You will have the opportunity to work with the latest SAP technologies, and the impact you make in this role will leave a lasting legacy for the people of NSW.

This is a temporary opportunity until 31st March 2026. The position is home-based in Macquarie Park, with hybrid work arrangements.

About you

Previous experience as a Functional SAP Analyst with experience in the following is essential:

• Demonstrated experience in analyzing of business needs across a complex portfolio of initiatives in a federated or multi-sourced environment.

• Extensive knowledge of and experience in the application of contemporary business analysis best practice methodologies and processes.

Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP EAM, CS and SD:

• SAP Customer Service – Key Areas – Dynamic Item Processer Profile, Resource Related Billing, Service Product Configuration, EAM/Plant Maintenance Integration

• Value Add - S4 Service - Key Areas - Advanced Execution config, Service Products, EAM /Plant Maintenance Integration

• Experience with the new Fiori billing apps, and S4 Service apps

• Experience with SAP SD for a Service and maintenance industry is an advantage.

• SD Pricing: Condition table, Condition type, Access sequence, Pricing procedure, and Condition record.

Also required:

• Experience in a full life cycle of a S4 HANA project.

• Experience in 3rd party tools preferred. (HPQC etc.)

• Experience with process modelling tools i.e. ARIS, Signavio.
