In this role, you'll:
Provide business and administration support to the Division to ensure the delivery of quality service levels are maintained for internal and external customers.
This role will see you conduct procurement activities, including raising purchase order requests for a range of goods and services; prepare documents, reporting and correspondence within a specified time and provide a range of administrative and support services including arranging meetings, diary management, records management, minute taking and following up on action items.
You will maintain a high level of customer service to internal/external stakeholders and work in a dynamic environment where priorities and work tasks may change at short notice. You would also be responsible for organising, coordinating and arranging staff and community events in the depots.
Please note that there is opportunity for hybrid working in this role however some travel may be required to provide support to depot locations. Please view the role description.
About you
• You are organised, adaptable and possess the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
• You’re proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office applications, in preparing correspondence and reports
• You're experienced in providing clerical and administrative support services
• You can multi-task, juggle competing priorities and engage with a range of stakeholders
• You have great stakeholder engagement and customer service skills thereby ensuring quick and through service to the internal and external stakeholders
