About the team


The Property Group is a trusted partner and enabler working in partnership with our project teams and clients throughout the property lifecycle. It is responsible for providing end-to-end specialised property expertise which assists in the development, delivery and management of smart, integrated and sustainable infrastructure and places.  The Property Group provides project management, property acquisition, asset management and divestment services, and is a ‘go to’ knowledge bank for land information and customer property interface for all of the TfNSW Customer Divisions.



The opportunity


We have an amazing opportunity for two Project Property Coordinator’s to join the Regional and Rail Delivery Property team. Both roles are will be based in Wollongong however we will accept applications from anywhere in the south or west regions of NSW. Both roles will require travelling across different Transport project offices they are involved in and will be responsible for supporting the infrastructure projects during each stage of property activities. Ensuring effective administration of all property processes and compliance with all property policies, processes and procedures and governance frameworks.


This role will support projects within the Rail Delivery and Regional Property Team. This team sits within the Commercial, Performance and Strategy unit of the Infrastructure and Place Division.

About you


You are a tertiary qualified professional with relevant experience in a project environment within the property space, looking for an opportunity to join a once in a generation opportunity to help reshape NSW.


You have experience in successfully providing support to projects in delivering multiple projects, with competing demands that impact end users across the business. You have a broad knowledge of all aspects of property development and precinct renewal. Demonstrated experience in development construction and project delivery and development. An understanding of legislative and planning frameworks within property.



Salary and Benefits


The salary for this position is Grade 7A ($106,086) – 7E ($118,816) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
