In this role, you'll:
Join a high performing Finance team based in our Newcastle Service Centre. The Finance Services team is a multichannel customer service and administration team assisting customers over the phone, via chat, email and by processing various tickets.
You will have the opportunity to take on a variety of tasks including managing general updates, providing team technical training, creating and updating knowledge documents, coaching, and supporting the team with queries. You will also be providing month end support to the Team leader and the Shared Service Officers with any escalations and/or complex tasks.
Team responsibilities vary and include servicing Towing and Public Liability Calls through to processing journals and sales orders. Being part of the wider Service Centre, we also often support other teams when required.
This is a 12–18-month temporary part time position with a fixed 5 day working fortnight with operational hours anytime between 08:00 and 17:30.
Week 1: Thursday and Friday

About you
You’re an inquisitive Customer service professional who has worked in a Finance related team or organisation.
You’ve been a senior member in the team, responsible for coaching and training to other members, managing escalations and being the right-hand support for the Team Leader.
Customer Service, Administration and Finance related processes within a service centre will be highly regarded.
