In this role, you'll:
Join the Strategy, Insights and Customer Experience team and lead the design and delivery of functional improvements across a range of digital channels, including web, mobile app, intranet and social media.

You will manage workflow, budgets and timelines and risks to ensure that any feature improvements and scheduled releases are delivered on time and within budget, as well as prepare online content external digital communications, social media and industry newsletters.

To achieve this your ability to engage, collaborate and manage a broad range of internal and external stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management will be vital.

Fixed Term Full Time opportunity to March 2026 | Hybrid work with attendance for Team Hub day currently every Tuesday, home office 477 Pitt Street, Sydney.

About you
You enjoy a collaborative, fast paced work environment where you get to do meaningful work. You demonstrate expertise in:

  • Designing efficient and robust customer channels and implementing solutions for effective customer engagement and communication.
  • Scoping and implementing digital solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of information architecture, user experience, functional specifications, and digital integration best practices.
  • Engaging communication skills with the ability to build relationships, negotiate and positively  influence stakeholders at all levels applying a customer centric mindset to the management of a scope of work.
  • Staying abreast of current and emerging customer channel technologies, concepts and methodologies.
