In this role, you'll:

 

Work as part of a small team responsible for ensuring network communications of enforcement cameras deployed throughout NSW are meeting the objectives of the camera enforcement program.

 

This role will see you assist in the daily oversight, commissioning and coordination of the camera network operations ensuring that they are all functioning optimally, and you will work with various stakeholders and respond to any issues as required.

 

You will work with the team in this high-volume environment to provide fast efficient support to all stakeholders.

 

The office location is Parramatta, and this is not negotiable.

 

Initially you will be required in the office 5 days per week, then move to a hybrid way of working with 2-3 days pw in the office at PSQ, mixing in person days with remote working.

About you

 

Your sound understanding of key network devices including routers and cameras (specific to enforcement systems) and ideally a Certificate or Diploma in IT operations will see you bring the skills required to undertake this role which contributes positively to keeping NSW roads safe.  You're recognised as a pro-active self-motivated person with a ‘step up to the task’ attitude with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Your ability to be responsible on a daily basis to undertake network checks, reporting on and arranging appropriate action including restarting devices or liaising with vendors or other maintenance staff to investigate and rectify connection issues are key to this role. Your strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document incidents to a level which is suitable for presentation in court on will equip you well for this role as will your strong Microsoft suite skills.
