In this role, you'll:


In this entry level role, you will have the opportunity to work on transport infrastructure projects that are contributing to making NSW a better place to live, work and visit.  With many and varied projects, you will be in a place where you can develop and grow your project management career.

You will be working in a knowledgeable and diverse project team, reporting to an experienced Project Development Manager. You will support and contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects in the Western Parkland City Development area.

You will have input on a range of project tasks including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation, and implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope.

You will be working with key internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations, and delivering on requests.

Fixed term contract until 31/12/2027.  The role will be based in our Parramatta office approximately 2-3 days a week.

About you


• You will have demonstrated project support skills and experience, including the understanding of project management principles and techniques.


• Have demonstrated administration experience with the drafting of project plans, procedures, and guidelines for the operation of a business function.


• Demonstrated skills in supporting the development of infrastructure projects.


• Proven research, analytical and problem-solving skills.


• A tertiary qualification will be well regarded but is not viewed as essential to your success in this role.


• You will be a self starer with strong communication skills, proactive and have reporting experience. Experience with MS office, particularly excel, will be well recognised.
