Senior Manager Field Technology -Delivery Operations (Temporary Opportunity up to 12 Months)

In this role, you'll:

be working as a Senior Manager- Field Technology with our Group Technology Division , Field Technology Business Unit. In this role you will oversee a large Field Technology team ( approx. 50 people) overseeing the allocation of resources and planning of field technology projects, such as inspections, installations, maintenance, and upgrades to our field technology network. You will also act as an escalation point for any issue that occur and be involved in network design and PCG meetings.

Current projects include Sydney Metro and the Western Distributor, and you will provide regular support to the TMC centre.

This position is a temporary opportunity up to 12 months. Your home base will be Yennora with Hybrid work arrangements and a blend of three days a week in the office or at the TMC centre, is the expectation.

About you

Your skills and experience as a strategic leader within the field of Operational Technology will see you excel in delivering these projects.

You will have previous experience in team leadership and project resourcing, risk management and the management and monitoring of  technology  performance and you will have experience ideally in one of the following areas: ACTS, Intelligant Transport Systems, Signalling, CCTV, Fibre Networks,VMS.

You are a pragmatic solution focused thinker with an expert ability in vendor and stakeholder management and in ensuring that quality projects are delivered within budget and scope.
