In this role, you'll:
• Act as a site representative for Transport NSW road projects in various locations including Pennant Hills Rd, Forest Road/Boundary Rd, Penhurst.
• Manage and oversee civil works conducted by transport NSW and our valued industry partners
• Attend daily pre-starts, report on project progress and complete quality, safety, & environmental surveillance
• Collaborate with your delivery partners, industry partners and additional internal stakeholders across engineering, environment, technical, safety and quality to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes
• Have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a large client side environment
• Your focus will be mostly on the night shift.
We have two opportunities initially being offered as fixed term opportunity until 02/10/26 and 30/07/27.

About you
• Previous experience working in construction surveillance or as a Civil Construction Supervisor / foreman.
• Experience and understanding of different road pavement types including concrete pavement
• Previous experience on highway/motorway road construction projects, or other major infrastructure projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and good understating in TfNSW specifications & procedures.
• Looking for work life balance, offering a 38-hour week.
• Willing and able to work nightshift in line with project requirements.
