Systems Strategy Manager (6-month Temporary Opportunity)

In this role, you'll:
Work as part of our dynamic Safety, Policy, Environment & Regulation team at Transport for NSW and be responsible for managing technology systems and solutions within our Regulatory, Systems and Technology team. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, shaping the response to challenges impacting the delivery of integrated strategic solutions. Leading consultations across both internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects that directly impact the future of transport systems and regulatory solutions in NSW. Role based in Parramatta.

About you
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience managing IT-focused projects, with a solid understanding of project governance, risk management, and financial oversight. Experience working in or with Transport for NSW is advantageous as it will give you valuable insight into the sector's unique challenges. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues across interfaces. Additionally, you will be adept at developing and overseeing the planning and execution of complex and/or large-scale projects, creating and implementing comprehensive project management plans to drive project success, tracking progress while engaging with commercial, legal, and procurement teams. If you have the expertise to deliver projects in this environment while fostering collaboration and achieving shared objectives, we want to hear from you!
