In this role, you'll:
This role will see you lead the design and delivery of workforce participation, employment, and skills development initiatives to attract, retain, and advance women—particularly in trade and non-traditional roles—within the construction industry. You will collaborate across government, major contractors, suppliers, and training providers to build more inclusive employment pathways as part of the Western Sydney Skills and Diversity Strategy.
You will pioneer strategies to exceed Women in Construction targets in a dynamic infrastructure environment, supporting cultural change and social outcomes through innovative programs and partnerships.

About you
Your stakeholder engagement and program delivery expertise, formed across sectors such as infrastructure, employment services, training, or social policy, will see you overcome complex, multi-stakeholder challenges to drive inclusive employment outcomes. You’re recognised as a strong collaborator and strategic thinker, skilled at designing and implementing workforce initiatives, experienced in working with contractors, training organisations, and employment providers to create practical, measurable change.
