About the team

 

The team is responsible for leading the engagement with division and internal stakeholders to build technology strategies and road maps with products and services in line with the Future Transport Technology Roadmap. We enable the product delivery, technology architecture, cyber security and governance needed to deliver the best products for customers and operations.

 

 

The opportunity

 

The role is primarily responsible for driving the development, implementation and ongoing management of Customer, Strategy and Technology Division’s cybersecurity program, including but not limited to security and resilience planning, audit management, or consultative development of cyber security capabilities and standards. The role will work with cybersecurity peers across the cluster, and engage heavily within the Division to drive awareness of cyber security related risks and to embed effective risk management strategies, practices, and systems.

 

The position covers cyber security for operational technology such as traffic lights, gates and sensors and provides advice, assurance and audits of our cyber security within the OT and CT landscape.

About you

 

You are a tertiary qualified, experienced Customer and Operational Technology Cyber Security Professional looking for an opportunity to build world class cyber security within an organisation that is subject to high levels of public scrutiny:

 

  • You will have demonstrated experience at a high reliability organisation developing, leading, and driving cyber security advice, assurance and audits across a diverse, complex organisation.
  • You are an influencer and thought leader in delivering cyber security advice.
  • You will have demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding of IEEE62443 and ISO27001.
  • You are experienced in creating, delivering and maintaining clear outcomes focused cyber security and governance frameworks across a large scale organisation.
  • You will understand the balance of addressing customer requirements whilst adhering to other regulatory, policy, government and operational conditions.
  • You have the ability to articulate complex concepts and put forward compelling arguments and rationales to all levels and types of audiences.
  • You are experienced in building, developing and leading high performing teams.
  • You embrace a delivery mindset as the cluster continues to transform.
