Senior Project Manager - 11 months fixed term opportunity

In this role, you'll:
Lead a team of image and metadata specialists in digitizing Transport's historic photographic collection from the former NSW Department of Main Roads and NSW Roads and Maritime. This includes managing the project schedule, coordinating scanning and metadata creation, ensuring the integrity and security of digital files, and overseeing the handover of both physical and digital assets.

Develop and manage reporting documents, including progress updates, compliance measures, budget tracking, and risk assessments.
 

Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of all equipment.

Foster and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management to achieve project deliverables.

This is a fixed-term, full-time role until 31st December 2025 based in Rozelle with flexible working options.

About you

• Demonstrated experience leading complex programs or projects.
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes in consultation with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience with digitization projects and handling archival assets is highly desirable.
