Project Engineer Wollongong (12 month temporary opportunity)

In this role, you'll:
Work as part of the Project Services South team developing and delivering road, bridge or traffic infrastructure and/or maintenance projects in order to achieve road safety, asset management and network efficiency objectives.
This role will see you work on small to medium sized projects worth up to 10 million within the Illawarra and surrounding region.
This particular role is currently based at our Russell Vale or Wollongong office hub.
Travel will be required around the Southern region to visit sites. This is a temporary full time position until June 2026.
The proposed changes do not impact the availability of flexible, hybrid working arrangements at Transport. We remain committed to providing an inclusive working environment and supporting all employees to work effectively and productively.

About you
You’re a qualified Civil Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in managing infrastructure projects.
Your're able to leverage principles of Project Management to deliver successful outcomes.
You must hold a current drivers licence and have the willingness to work outside normal working hours and travel on occasion with overnight stays.
