Investigation Support Officer

In this role, you'll:

Be working as part of a team delivering safety outcomes for public passenger services including taxis and rideshare in NSW by providing legal support to the investigations and compliance team.

This role will see you use you provide administrative and coordination services to support the efficient operation of the legal and compliance branches by undertaking document management relating to court elect cases where you can use and develop your expertise in various areas of these processes.

You will coordinate and support knowledge management iniatives for the branch streamlining the application of tools, systems and templates ensuring knowledge is stored and accessed consistently in a high-volume complex and demanding work environment while adhering to tight deadlines.

About you

Your administrative skills formed while working in a legal department or firm, a regulatory organisation or in the court system, will see you excel in coordinating documentation including subpoenas, summonses, notices to produce and evidence to ensure compliance with requirements and obligations leading to the smooth processing and accurate recording of relevant information required for the efficient management of court matters. You're recognised as an experienced administrator, highly organised, skilled at communicating and coordinating relevant legal processes such as Briefs of Evidence with the ability to assist in delivering legal research by leveraging online legal research tools and databases to support the delivery of accurate legal advice.
