In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering administrative sanctions for breaches of the point to point transport legislation.
This role will see you handle enquiries, assess evidence and process sanctions notices, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and ensuring the accuracy of information in the various systems.
You will communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external ensuring the integrity of the data and that stakeholders understand the legislation, and where required undertake investigations to ensure appropriate outcomes in a challenging fast paced environment.
Please note that this is a fulltime Fixed Term Role until 16 January 2026.

About you
Your strong communication skills and ability to interpret legislation formed across government or regulatory roles in customer service will see you excel in this role where you will demonstrate empathy while ensuring compliance with legislation. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities while showing tenacity to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders is key to this role. You're recognised as a customer service professional, skilled at communicating both verbally and in writing in a way that is clearly understood to whoever your audience may be. Your experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
