In this role, you'll:


Take responsibility for a range of administrative and support activities; working toward the development and construction of a range of bridge projects to meet requirements, budgets, and deadlines for internal and external stakeholders.

Enjoy a varied role that assists the Project Manager with pre-construction works like tenders, contracts, facilitating meetings, and more. The role continues to have involvement in the projects through variations, processing payments, managing EOTs, and general project support.

You’ll work with a broader team that is collaborative, process driven and actively working toward the same project goals, deadlines, and deliverables.

This is a Fixed Term Fulltime role until 30/11/2025. It is ideally based out of the South Grafton office with occasional visits to sites throughout the Tenterfield Shire Council area.

About you


In order to be successful in this role you will need to have strong problem solving and organisational skills with the ability to be flexible, meet deadlines within short time frames and to manage changing priorities.

You’ll need to have well-developed interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders working in an onsite team environment, both verbally and in writing, in a clear and confident manner.

You have a demonstrated background in projects administration, and you are comfortable at providing a wide range of procedural and procurement support.

To be considered for this you it is essential that you possess a current motor vehicle driver licence and be available to work outside normal working hours or to travel on occasion.
