Applications and Development Training Lead (Temporary Opportunity up to 18 months)

In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of a project team established to stand up a new function - The Supplier Due Diligence team. This newly created team will undertake day to day due diligence activities when onboarding a new supplier to TfNSW. This team will also continuously monitor and conduct periodic due diligence checks.
Sitting under the Business transformation stream, you will lead the application development of tools and automation to support Supplier Risk Management and Supplier Due Diligence. The tools developed will assist to automate manual controls and calculators that assess supplier capability and ongoing performance.
You will develop automated software components using Power BI or an automation tool of equivalent functionality. You will also be responsible for the development of user guides and training collateral to assist in the integration and adoption of new tools.

About you
You are an experienced application developer who also has a flair for training and development.
You will have experience with Power BI or similar applications and be able to build simple yet effective application tools to support business requirements. You will also have experience developing and implementing training modules.
You will have exceptional verbal communication skills and be able to communication and teach technical concepts/skills clearly and succinctly.
