About you

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience leading commercial teams and having ownership over commercial outcomes on complex, multi-contract infrastructure projects. This is a high-profile project and so you must have experience with resolution of construction contract disputes and robust post contract management of Tier 1 Contractors.

You will be comfortable working in an environment of constantly competing priorities and managing these priorities to enable completion of projects while delivering day to day tasks in the required timeframes. You’ll have proven communication and stakeholder management skills and will be accustomed to developing trusted and productive internal and external business relationships.

Preconstruction, procurement, delivery, and general contracting experience will be critical to your success. Ideally, you’ll have experience with industry, supply chain, supplier relationship and market development initiatives coupled with tertiary qualifications, preferably chartered status.
