In this role, you'll:


Join the Sydney Trains Change & Transformation team, working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, collecting, documenting and analysing business requirements.

This role will see you develop reporting solutions, integrating new business requirements with existing ones, mapping current and future state processes whilst ensuring continuous improvement.

You will assist various teams in problem definition, exploring options to address these problems, proposing and documenting solutions.

Please note, we have 2 x temporary (fixed term) opportunities available, up to 30 September 2026.

About you


With appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience working in a complex organisation, you bring highly developed skills in extracting and transforming data, creating visualisations and reports.

You understand the importance of presenting data logically and coherently to ensure stakeholders have access to reliable and accurate information.

You have strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholder groups.

Time management and prioritisation skills will be key to ensure all work is delivered within required timeframes.
