In this role, you'll:
- have the opportunity to work with a variety of teams and projects. Working with Transport could see you upgrading our road network, consulting on environmental plans to design a sustainable future for our cities, managing environmental impacts for various projects, creating development and learning programs for our people, or working on game changing infrastructure like the Sydney Metro.
- have access to employee networks and structured learning and career development support throughout the program.
About you
The Cadet program is for people in their second-last or final year of a university undergraduate degree. Get flexible, paid work experience and kick-start a career in your study area.
You’ll be placed in one team for the program duration, where you’ll get exposure to various projects and build meaningful networks.
This is an up to two-year program, depending on whether you are in your second-last or final year of study when you join. For example, students in their second-last year will enter a two-year program.
